Terms of Service
Last updated: April 17, 2026
1. What you're agreeing to
By creating an IBHQ workspace, you're agreeing that you'll use IBHQ only for lawful introducing-broker activities, pay your monthly USDT subscription, and not try to damage our infrastructure or other tenants. In return, we agree to keep the service running, keep your data yours, and give you a reasonable heads-up if we change these terms.
2. What you can't do
- Use IBHQ to send unsolicited messages to people who haven't opted in, or to circumvent Telegram's anti-spam rules.
- Misrepresent broker affiliations, spoof trades, or fabricate track records.
- Reverse-engineer our services to rebuild a competing product.
- Use IBHQ to broker for sanctioned jurisdictions or individuals (OFAC, EU, UK sanctions lists).
- Run credential-harvesting, phishing, or scam flows through our platform.
Violations end in a workspace suspension. Repeat or severe violations end in permanent account termination and IP ban.
3. Billing
Payment is USDT on TRC-20, month-to-month, no contract. Charges are based on your plan tier plus any add-on modules you've activated. We send a renewal notice 7 days before each cycle. Cancel anytime from the billing page; the workspace stays active until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds: we issue full refunds on written request within 14 days of the first charge. Past 14 days, pro-rated refunds are at our discretion and usually granted for genuine product issues.
4. Your data is your data
You retain ownership of every lead, message, activity log, and configuration inside your workspace. We process it under your instructions to run the service. We don't resell it, don't train models on it, and don't retain it beyond 30 days after you delete the workspace (backups purge within 90).
5. Uptime + liability
We target 99.9% uptime (≈43 minutes of downtime per month). If we miss that target on an Enterprise tenant, we credit 10% of that month's bill for every full 1% of missed uptime, up to the full month.
Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the 12-month trailing fees you paid us. We're not liable for lost commissions, lost traders, regulatory fines imposed on your business, or indirect / consequential damages.
6. Changes
Material changes to these terms ship with 30 days' notice by email to workspace owners. If you don't accept the new terms, you can export your data and cancel before they take effect. Minor changes (typos, clarifications) ship immediately and show up in our changelog.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes first go through good-faith negotiation; if that fails, to binding arbitration under SIAC rules in English.
