Do you send email from your infrastructure?+
Yes — we handle deliverability for you on our shared sender domain by default. If you want sends from your own domain, set three DNS records and we configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC automatically.
Can I send SMS worldwide?+
Yes via Twilio (BYO account) or our bundled provider. Pricing varies by country; we show per-country SMS cost estimate before each send batch.
What about GDPR / unsubscribe?+
One-click unsubscribe in every email, auto-removed from all future sequences. GDPR consent tracked per lead. We don't send to leads who didn't consent — full stop.
Can I import drip sequences from other tools?+
Not directly — but our Templates module has pre-built sequences (welcome, nurture, re-engagement, post-trial) you can fork and edit. Most IBs don't need to build from scratch.
How do I know a sequence actually works?+
Built-in analytics show per-step open/click/reply rates, and CRM attribution shows how many leads moved stages after each sequence. A/B test variants side by side.
