How does commission tracking work?+
When your broker fires a commission webhook at our ingest endpoint, we match it to the lead → sub-IB → you chain. Splits applied per your config, USDT payouts issued on the configured schedule.
Do sub-IBs need their own IBHQ account?+
Yes — they get a full IBHQ workspace for free (you cover their plan, or they cover their own). They use the same tools you do: CRM, bots, website, etc.
What if my broker doesn't support webhooks?+
We support manual commission imports (CSV upload or API). Most major brokers (Exness, IC Markets, FP Markets, cTrader Partners) do support webhooks — we have ready-made integrations.
Can I cap multi-level attribution?+
Yes. Set 1-level (only direct recruits), 2-level, or 3-level. Beyond 3 becomes regulatory gray in many jurisdictions, so we don't go deeper.
How do I prevent sub-IB theft of my traders?+
Your sub-IBs work inside their own IBHQ workspace. They never see your full CRM. They see only the leads they personally brought in. No lead leakage.
